About Mingxi
Story-led sound worlds shaped by ambience, perspective and emotional realism.
Mingxi is a film and television sound editor, sound designer and field recordist working across London, Tokyo and Shenzhen. She currently works as a film sound editor at an award-winning post-production company, while continuing to design and mix independent narrative, documentary, animation and commercial projects.
A graduate of the National Film and Television School and the Royal College of Art, she approaches every project through close listening, collaboration and the specific needs of its story.
